Eligibility:

    * Graduate from the recognized universities / colleges. Students in the final year can also apply
    * Desired skills:  In-depth knowledge of local area, good networking, good communication skills
    * Experience:  Fresher or sales experience of 1 year

Sales Tied Agency Channel
 
    * Graduate from the recognized universities / colleges
    * Desired skills:  In-depth knowledge of local area, good networking, good communication skills, computer knowledge
    * Experience: Minimum one year of sales experience (preferably in the financial sector).
       
Sales Alternate Channel

    * Graduate from the recognized universities / colleges
    * Desired skills:  In-depth knowledge of local area, good networking, good communication skills, computer knowledge
    * Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in Sales
