- Should be good in communication since has to deal with different customers and also computer skill is a must.
- Identifying and developing potential vendors/suppliers for achieving cost effective purchase of materials, achieving reduction in prices and timely delivery.
- Assessing performance of the vendors and rating them on various criterions such as percentage for rejection, quality improvement, timely delivery, credit terms etc

- Knowledge of HT & LT Switch gear distribution, Transformer, PCC, MCC & PMCC Panels.
- Basic knowledge of VFD, PLC & Process instruments.
- Analysis of repetitive problems, its correction, Corrective action & preventive action.
- To prepare Budget every year and to monitor it.
- To put efforts to reduce over all Utility cost and expenses on spare parts.
- Liaison work with suppliers, Govt. authority. Contractor.
