  Strong PHP and MYSQL Skills
  Strong background in Ecommerce
  Able to spec and plan a project
  Knowledge of UML and OOP concepts
  Experience in leading teams
  Excellent English communication skills
  Client facing experience
  Organized, Hard Working and Dedicated (Not a job shifter)
  Comfortable monitoring timescales and deadlines of multiple projects/developers
  Ability to schedule and manage teams effectively for multiple projects at the same time
