Siebel CRM Business Analyst / Siebel CRM Configuration Specialist for Riyadh / B'lore
Mobily Infotech India Pvt Ltd have the following priority positions in IT Applications department that need to be closed on top-most priority.
Position : Siebel CRM Business Analyst
Working Location :Riyadh/B'lore
Qualification :BE/MCA
Experience : 5+ to 8
•Job Description : Minm 5 years of experience and should have completed at least 3 full Siebel lifecycle implementations working as a Siebel BA • Strong experience in the Siebel CRM product suite working within the Telco domain • Deep knowledge of Order Management & Fulfillment, Product Modeling, Pricing & Promotion modules • Deep knowledge of out of the box (OOB) functionalities and Siebel best practices • Deep knowledge & understanding of Sales, Marketing and Call Centre Siebel modules • Expertise in understanding business needs & requirements, mapping to OOB functionalities, performing gap analyses and designing solutions • Siebel configuration experience (Tools, eScript, Workflows, EAI etc) • Training/Qualification in a recognized analysis methodology (preferably UML/Use cases) • Demonstrated experience in creation of Use Case Models utilizing UML
Position : Siebel CRM Configuration Specialist
Working Location :Riyadh/B'lore
Qualification : BE/MCA
Experience : 3 to 5
Job Description :Practical Experience in the following Siebel skills: • Tools Configuration (BC's, Applets, Views, Joins, Links, MVL's, Picklists etc) • eScript •Workflows • Solutions design• Solid understanding of the Siebel Data Model • EAI (Integration Objects, Integration Business Services, VBC's, EBC's, Web Services) o EIM • MQ Series • Assignment Manager• Data Validation Manager •BI Publisher
