Openings in a leading construction Company in QATAR

A leading Company in the field of construction is in need of the following positions:

Job Title: Planning Engineers
Location: Site / Head Office


Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Planning Manager in developing the project construction programme, develop the WBS and prepare the
base line programme as well as the detailed construction programme.
• Prepare and present the look ahead programme as required by the Project Manager.
• Assist the Project Manager by conducting site review to ensure progress on site and production rate of various traders.
• Assist the Project Manager in monitoring and reporting on the procurement process, sub-contractors and suppliers performance.
• Keep and maintain records related to project performance in time and cost aspects.
Qualifications and Experiences :
• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or Architects.
• Professional in Primavera P5/6, MS Projects on Power Projects.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in handling the residential/commercial and multi-story projects of magnitude above $75 Million.
• Excellent communication in English.


Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyors
Location: Site / Head Office


Job Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for post contract administration including Valuations, Variations, Rate Analysis, Claims,
Sub-contractors' payments and contractual related to the project.


Qualifications and Experiences:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Quantity Surveying from an accredited internationally recognized institution on University.
• More than 10 years experience and in which at least 4 years experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in reputable Contracting
Company.
• Independently handling the residential/ commercial multi-story projects of magnitude above $75 Million.
• Excellent communication in English.

Job Title: Document Controllers
Location: Site


Qualifications and Experiences :

• Minimum of 3 years as Document Controller in Construction and Contracting Company.
• Excellent command of English
• Computer literate
