Job Description : To Manage Regional Countries Rewards in design, development and implementation of solutions in the areas of rewards, performance & benefits that meet the needs of the Organisation.
Desired Profile of the Candidate
Preferably a female having over 15yrs of rich experience in Compensation and Benefits.
Should have obtained MBA-HR from top B-Schools.
Should have high hands on in Rewards/PMS/C&B
Should be from a well known MNC's
Should have managed large headcounts.
CTC: Above 50 L
